Step 1: Dress Evaluation

To better evaluate your dress, please send us the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of Dirt and Stains on the dress
  • Photos of Care Labels

Not all dresses can be cleaned! In rare cases, certain combinations of stains, fabric types, and dress structures make it impossible to clean a dress. To save your valuable time, it’s best to check carefully of our wedding dress clean and box service at the beginning.

Step 2: Stripe Payment Invoice & Link

We will prepare a Stripe payment invoice sent through email to you. The payment link will be sent to you through live chat messenger as well.

Step 3: Pack Your Dress & Take Photos

Ensure your dress is properly packed for delivery by following these guidelines:

  • Use a Rigid Box with Intact Flaps
  • Remove Any Labels and hazardous material indicators from the box
  • Wrap All Items Separately
  • Use Adequate Cushioning Materials
  • Use Strong Tape designed for shipping
  • Do Not Use String or Paper Overwrap

For Royal mail special delivery transit insurance purposes, please send us 3 photos of the packing before collection:

  1. Box with dress inside
  2. Box with closed flaps
  3. Box with attached printed label

Step 4: Arrange Courier/ Self Drop off in Manchester Shop

Option A – Collection by Door-to-Door Home Collection & Delivery

Courier service is operated by a third party – Royal Mail Special Delivery. Collection is usually available:

  • Monday – Saturaday: 07:00 – 13:00

The earliest preferred collection date must be at least one working day after the payment date.

Option B – Self Drop-off in Manchester Store by Appointment
