Packing Instruction of Parcel
We will coordinate with a third-party courier Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® to collect your parcel. Please noted that wedding dress cleaning UK nationwide courier is unable to collect parcels on the same day as your payment date or during Sunday. While we strive to accommodate your preferred collection date, please understand that guarantees cannot be provided.
Prior to making your purchase, please inquire about the earliest available courier collection date. Door-to-door wedding dress cleaning UK nationwide courier services are available only on weekdays and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm. Pack your dress according to our packing guidelines. On the scheduled pick-up day, a Royal Mail staff member will provide the label. Please ensure the sender and receiver information on the label is correct and same as the label previously sent through facebook or instagram livechat.
If you want to print label by yourself, your printer ink is water-soluble, please use transparent tape to cover the label or place it in a plastic bag to prevent rain from blurring the label. Please ensure the printed label is securely affixed and does not fall off.
Never let Royal Mail staff take your parcel, leave, and apply the label on your behalf. Always stick the label yourself and take photos for reference. Ensure they scan the label’s barcode in front of you by their small barcode device, and immediately check your live online tracking link to confirm the scan of collection.

Wedding Dress Packing Guidelines
Step 1: Pack
- Utilize quality sturdy boxes to ensure the safety of your shipment.
- Place your dress in a wedding dress bag, cloth bag, or plastic bag to protect it during transit.
- Ensure the dress is positioned in the center of the box with a 6cm distance between it and the box's edges.
- Fill any empty spaces within the box to prevent movement of the dress during transportation.
- Please do NOT send us dress hangers
Step 2: Photo
- Before sealing the box, take 3 clear photo with the box open, displaying your dress inside. (3 photos for Royal Mail Transit Insurance Purpose)
Step 3: Seal
- Use the H-taping method to securely seal all edges and seams of the box with tape.
Step 4: Label
- Print and affix the shipment label clearly on the top of the box.
- To safeguard the label from moisture, cover it with transparent tape or place it in a plastic bag.
- Capture a photo of the box with the label attached and a close-up image of the label itself.
- Send these three photos to us via Facebook or Instagram message for further processing.

Royal Mail Property Lost or Damage ClaimÂ
IMPORTANT ACTION REQUIRED: You have advised us that you have video footage (CCTV, Doorbell, Dash Cam, etc) of the incident. Then reply to Royal Mail's email providing the video footage file as soon as possible.
DAMAGE CLAIM IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If necessary, a Royal Mail Claim Department manager from your local Delivery Office may contact you to arrange a visit to inspect the damage. They ask that you do not undertake any repairs until they notify you that the investigation has been concluded.
Please note that Royal Mail Claim Department require two repair quotes. They will not cover consequential costs such as loss of earnings or hire vehicles.
Evidence of the item's value in the parcel, such as original receipts, bank statements, PayPal records, or invoices, is required by Royal Mail to claim transit insurance if the parcel is lost or damaged. (More Details Click Here)
Return Delivery Process
Once your garments has been treatment and cleaned, we will immediately arrange express courier to return it back to your designated address. Facebook or Instagram message will be sent to you to inform you about the arrival date of the delivery. Tracking Number is included in the email such that you can keep track the delivery status.
Same as the pick up delivery, Transit Insurance is also covered automatically in the Return Delivery, giving you a peace of mind.
In the unlikely event that there are any damage/ stolen/ loss happened to the dress during delivery, transit insurance can cover the value of your items, up to maximum £2500. that might affect the dress.
Once you receive the package, we suggest customers to inspect the items carefully. If there are anything wrong, please report the issue to us within 24hours and we are more than happy to help you.
During inspection, please remember to wear a glove as your hand may contain dirt or oil that might affect the dress.
