DELIVERY BACK
Once your garments has been treatment and cleaned, we will immediately arrange express courier to return it back to your designated address. An email will be sent to you to inform you about the arrival date of the delivery. Tracking Number is included in the email such that you can keep track the delivery status.
Same as the pick up delivery, Transit Insurance is also covered automatically in the Return Delivery, giving you a peace of mind.
In the unlikely event that there are any damage/ stolen/ loss happened to the dress during delivery, transit insurance can cover the value of your items, up to maximum £1000. that might affect the dress.
INSPECTION
Once you receive the package, we suggest customers to inspect the items carefully. If there are anything wrong, please report the issue to us within 48 hours and we are more than happy to help you.
During inspection, please remember to wear a glove as your hand may contain dirt or oil that might affect the dress.
